One ticket to the Welcome Function
Tickets for the Conference Dinner can be purchased for $150pp.
Additional tickets for the Welcome Function are $70pp.
Tickets can be purchased for Accompanying Persons to attend the Welcome Function and Conference Dinner. These can be purchased as an optional add-on through the online registration portal.
Should you wish to purchase these tickets later, they can be added by accessing your original registration. Please contact NC Events if you require assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to NC Events via events@ncevents.com.au

Cancellations prior to Friday 9 January 2026 will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee

Cancellations from Saturday 10 January 2026 to Sunday 22 March 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee

Meeting registration and social event cancellations are non-refundable after Monday 23 February 2026
Member Registrations
Members registration rates are applicable to ASBTE members.
Early Bird Registrations
The Early Bird registration rate is available until 11.59pm ACDT on Friday 20th February 2026.
Student Early Career Researcher Registrations
The student and early career registration rate is only available to *ASBTE student members.

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Student ID may be requested upon checking in to the workshop.

A copy of your student identification card must be emailed to NC Events via events@ncevents.com.au
Early Career Researcher Registrations

An Early Career Researcher (ECR) is defined as an individual who is 0–3 years post-PhD, actively establishing their research career in academia, industry, or government.

Proof of your conferral date must be emailed to NC Events via events@ncevents.com.au
Without proof the full registration rate will be charged for the above-mentioned categories.
